Designed for patch fitting door systems the Wall Mount Transom Patch Fitting supports the door’s transom from the wall or side jamb. It also includes the pivot spindle for use with our Top Patch Fitting, allowing for smooth and secure pivoting operation.
It’s suitable for 3/8″ to 1/2″ glass and features 304 stainless steel cover plates to match our full line of patches.
