At IGT Glass Hardware, we’re committed to providing you with the best quality and value. If you find an identical product offered at a lower price by a qualified competitor, we’ll match it — so you can buy with total confidence.
How It Works
1. Authorized Competitors Only
We match prices from a select group of verified industry competitors.
For eligibility, the competitor must be pre-approved by IGT Glass Hardware. We do not match prices from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces.
2. Valid Proof Required
To request a price match, please provide:
- A current quote or invoice (dated within the last 30 days)
- Clear product details that match the item in question
- The competitor’s name and pricing
3. Identical Product Match
The item must be exactly the same, including:
- Model
- Finish
- Dimensions
Product Type (only applies to Shower Door Hardware and Sliding Door Systems)
4. Request Timing
Price match requests must be made before the purchase is finalized, either:
- In-store, or
- During a live call with an IGT Technical Consultant or Account Growth Specialist
Email requests, post-purchase inquiries, or delayed submissions are not eligible.
Real-Time Matching
Our price match offer is valid only during your active consultation.
If you walk away or postpone the decision, the offer may expire and need to be re-evaluated.
