Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our website. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a store credit for all eligible items. Please carefully review our return policy below to determine if your purchase is eligible for return or exchange.

Eligibility:

  • All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date or a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
  • Products must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as when purchased.
  • Glazing Supplies/Tools are final sales with no exceptions.
  • There are no refunds issued for returned items. Only store credit will be applied to your account for future purchases.

Process:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please email our customer service team at sales@igt-glasshardware.com. Please include your order number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  • Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange.
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) being returned are damaged or defective.

Refunds:

  • There are no refunds issued for returned items. Only store credit will be applied to your account for future purchases.
